🌴 Palm Beach Luxury Hotels: What's New in 2025
If you live in or around Palm Beach, you’ve probably noticed that our hotel scene has been getting… interesting. New openings. Big renovations. Wellness resorts that take things to the next level.
Here’s a little round-up of what’s happening in 2025—and what I think is worth knowing if you’re planning a staycation, welcoming visitors, or just curious about what’s new on the island.
🏨 Palm House (Opened December 2024)
You’ve probably driven by this one for years and wondered what was going on. Well, after seventeen years of on-again, off-again plans, Palm House finally opened—and it’s looking amazing.
Expect 79 rooms, a pool deck with a real scene, a Nobu-trained chef at the restaurant, and a glam Land Rover ride service. The Presidential Suite apparently has an Alaskan king bed (yes, that’s a thing). And the whole place feels very “Palm Beach meets Instagram,” in a good way. This is a Virtuoso property where I can VIP your stay.
📍 Worth noting: It made Time Magazine’s “World’s Greatest Places” list for 2025.
🏛️ The Vineta Hotel (Opening 2025)
I’m really excited about this one. The Vineta is being brought back by the Oetker Collection (same group as Le Bristol in Paris and Eden Rock in St. Barths). It’s only 41 rooms and it’s right off Worth Avenue, so think elegant, quiet, grown-up Palm Beach energy.
They’ve restored the Mediterranean courtyard and pool, and I’m hearing great things about the European-style service.
📍 Translation: This is the spot to send your friend who lives in Milan and won’t stop comparing everything to the Amalfi Coast.
đź’† Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences (Now Open)
If your 2025 resolution involves “taking better care of yourself,” Amrit might be your place. It’s a massive wellness resort on Singer Island, with a 100,000 sq ft indoor-outdoor spa, sound therapy rooms, a full hammam, and wellness programming that actually feels elevated—not crunchy.
📍 PSA: They also have good rates for Florida residents right now, if you want to dip a toe in.
🔧 Renovations Worth Noting
Two old faves are keeping things fresh:
The Colony is still The Colony, but they added a Milanese-style cabana that’s straight out of Architectural Digest.
The Brazilian Court upgraded its spa services—HydraFacials, red light therapy, and more.
Nothing huge, but they’re staying in the game.
✨ So… What’s It All Mean?
If you’ve got clients asking about Palm Beach—or you live here and want a local escape—it’s a great time to explore. You’ve got:
A new boutique hotel with personality (Palm House)
A European classic in the making (Vineta)
A true wellness retreat (Amrit)
And legacy hotels keeping up with the times
And the best part? They all offer a little something different. Whether you're planning a girls' weekend, a solo recharge, or a base before hopping on a yacht, there’s something here to fit the mood.
