In curating your adventure, I'll save you time and effort in researching all the options and figuring out what to do when. Step 1: Connecting via Zoom
Use my inquiry form to tell me about your travel plans! Once I have that, we'll hop on a complimentary Zoom call so I can get to know you better and explore your travel dreams. Towards the end of the call, we'll discuss my process and any fees. Direct hotel bookings are always complimentary, but design fees can apply based on the length and complexity of your itinerary and how much support you need . Step 2: Curating Your Itinerary
Once we decide to move forward and you've paid my planning fee, I'll start curating your custom itinerary, including the best accommodations, tours, and transport options for your budget. After you review and provide feedback, we'll nail down the details. I offer two complimentary rounds of revisions to ensure that everything is perfect for you.
Step 3: Confirming the Details
Next, comes the easy part—for you! You can relax while I take care of all the booking details, like your flights, airport transfers, boutique hotel or resort stays, and tours. I’ll keep you in the loop with clear communication and tips on how to prepare for your getaway.
Step 4: Jetting Off on Your Trip!
Before you depart, I'll keep in touch with insider travel info, deposit deadlines, and important travel documents so you are fully prepared for your vacation. You'll depart with a web-friendly itinerary that includes all the contact details for your accommodations and tours. I'll of course be available if you have any questions during your adventure abroad!
